Does Wisell & McGee, L.L.P. charge a consultation fee to discuss my Personal Injury case?
No. There is never a cost to meet with us to discuss your Personal Injury case. While some attorneys may charge a consultation fee, Wisell & McGee, L.L.P. does not.
If I am in the hospital and confined to bed, will you visit me?
Yes. If you are unable to travel, we will meet with you in the hospital, nursing home or your home.
Do I have to pay your firm a retainer fee if you agree to take my Personal Injury case?
No. Personal Injury Clients at Wisell & McGee, L.L.P. never pay any upfront fees. Any and all fees and disbursements are deducted from whatever settlement you may receive after your case is settled, or goes to trial.
My English is not good. How will we be able to communicate?
We have staff at Wisell & McGee, L.L.P. fluent in Spanish.
How do I know if I have a case?
Call us! Before Wisell & McGee, L.L.P. will agree to represent you, our firm and experts will investigate your case carefully. We will review the facts of your case, the law and combine that with our experience to advise you whether or not we think you have a case.
How long will it take before I get my settlement?
Each case is different and there is no set time for a case to end. Some cases may end quickly in a negotiated settlement. Some cases are more complex and may require going to trial. You can be assured that our goal at Wisell & McGee, L.L.P. is to obtain the best possible settlement as quickly as possible.
Are our conversations private?
Yes. Our conversations are private. Everything you discuss with our firm is bound by the attorney/client privilege and is confidential.
